Finished another C25k day :D
Today’s plan was a 5 min walk/8 min jog/5 min walk. 8 minutes is the longest I’ve jogged/run in probably 2 years… Kinda makes me sad because I used to run a mile in about 7.5 minutes and right now I’m pacing at a 10 minute mile and it feels like I’m dying! I wish I had never let myself get out of shape. But wishing won’t get me anywhere. At least I know that I CAN run for 8 straight minutes where as just a couple weeks ago I was dying after running for just 2 minutes!
On a side note, I did pretty well with my WW points today.
Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat with a tbsp of peanut butter; 1 small apple
Lunch: 3 oz. chicken breast; 1 medium sweet potato
Dinner: 1.5 turkey burger patties; 1 medium salad with a tbsp of light dressing
Dessert: 1 tiny sliver of pumpkin pie because I just can’t say no to it! I only see it once a year and it makes me unbelievably happy :)
