Another day of WW complete!

Easy 1.5 Mile Run
Today was supposed to be an easy pace for my 1.5 mile run. Supposedly, my easy pace is about an 11 minute or 11:30 pace. But I just felt SO good when I went out that I ran it at a barely sub-9:30 pace! 9:30 is my 5k goal pace so I was pumped when I finished and saw my final time!! Just one of those all around great runs…perfect weather, perfect breathing, perfect pace :D

First Speedwork Day!
Today was my first scheduled speed workout! I wasn’t really in the mood to workout today, mainly due to the fact that I have early classes every morning this quarter and my sleeping schedule isn’t exactly perfect yet. A New Fastest Pace Record!
I officially began my new running training schedule today! Today’s run was a time trial 1 mile. This basically means that I need to run the scheduled length run at goal race pace or a bit faster. My goal race pace is 9:30 so that I can try to get a sub 30 minute 5k time in May! This would shave about 5 minutes off my previous time. Today I ran a mile in 9:20!! Last Day in NC
Today is my last full day in NC. My flight departs tomorrow around 11 AM and I’m so sadddd for the following reasons:

Finally a good running day!
I took that rest day I so desperately needed yesterday and today I felt great! I'm so frustrated.

HM Training Day #12
Today’s run was supposed to be 5 miles. The farthest I’ve run, not counting walk/run intervals, is 3.5 miles. After the first 2 miles or so, I just felt like I had run out of gas. Despite wearing my brand new Brooks shoes, which I loveeee, I felt sluggish and dehydrated. I’m going to wager a guess and blame this on poor nutrition and eating foods with too much sodium last night...

I've decided to do weight watchers again!
I’ve been doing poorly with my eating habits lately so I’ve decided to do weight watchers again because it worked really well for me at the beginning of my fitness journey! On the training schedule today was Walk 2 miles, Run 2 miles, Walk 2 miles. I completed all 6 miles in 1 hour, 16 minutes.
